We operate an open door policy at Tame Valley, if you have any concerns or require any support you can contact the DDSL's by phoning the school office or at the beginning and end of the school day on 0121 464 4497. Alternatively email them on safeguarding@tva.greenheartlearning.org

The safety of the children is the key priority at Tame Valley Academy, we encourage our children to report any worries or concerns in a variety of ways. They can speak to any member of staff or place a worry in one of our worry boxes. For more complex worries and concerns the children have access to our 5 DSL’s (Designated Safeguarding Leads) who are:
